On September 4, 2020, the Government issued Decree No. 103/2020/ND-CP providing for the certification of fragrant rice on the list specified at Point 8, sub-section 1, Section B, Appendix 2-A of the Agreement. Vietnam fragrant rice is entitled to quota-based import duty exemption when exporting to the EU market.
