On December 30, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Circular No. 41/2022/TT-BCT, amending and supplementing several provisions of Circular No. 11/2020/TT-BCT dated June 15, 2020 of the Minister of Industry and Trade, which regulates Rules of Origin under the Free Trade Agreement between Viet Nam and the European Union (EVFTA).
