The Ministry of Industry and Trade promulgated Circular No. 24/2026/TT-BCT dated May 5, 2026, regulating the rules of origin of goods under the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between the government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and the government of the United Arab Emirates. The Circular takes effect from May 5, 2026.
