On May 5, 2026, the Government issued Decree No. 143/2026/ND-CP on Vietnam’s Special Preferential Import Tariff for the implementation of the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the United Arab Emirates (CEPA Agreement) for the 2026 - 2027 period.

This Decree is effective from May 5, 2026, until the end of December 31, 2027.
