The 4th Ministerial-level FTA negotiation round between Vietnam and Customs Union of Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia was held on February 11 – 14, 2014 in Da Nang city, Vietnam, under the chairmanship of Minister Vu Huy Hoang and Minister in charge for Trade of Asia – Europe Economic Committee, Andrei A. Slepnev.

The 3rd FTA negotiation round between Vietnam and Customs Union of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan was conducted from September 9 to 13, 2013, in Minsk, Belarus, under the co-chair of Vietnamese Minister of Industry and Trade and Mr. Andrei A. Slepnev, Minister in charge for Commerce in Asia – Europe Economic Committee.

Implementing negotiation agenda approved by the Governments, the second FTA negotiation round between Vietnam and Customs Union of Russia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus took place under the chairs of Vietnamese Minister of Industry and Trade Vu Huy Hoang and Mr. A. A. Slepnev, Minister for Trade, Asia – Europe Economic Committee.

On March 28th, 2013, at headquarter of Government’s Office, Official Announcement Ceremony on launching FTA negotiation between Vietnam and Customs Union of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan was taking place.
