On November 2, 2023, at the request of the Minister of Industry and Trade, the Government issued Decree No. 77/2023/ND-CP on Management of imports of refurbished goods under the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP Agreement).

The Decree includes 5 Chapters, 22 Articles, 11 Annexures on Lists of refurbished goods and necessary Forms.
