The Ministry of Industry and Trade has issued Circular No. 55/2025/TT-BCT dated November 28, 2025, amending and supplementing several provisions of Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BCT dated April 19, 2019 of the Minister of Industry and Trade, which regulates textile and garment exports to Mexico under the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).

In cases where the legal normative documents referenced in this Circular are amended, supplemented, or replaced, the provisions of the newly effective legal documents shall apply.
