Recommendations for VN on potential changes in trade remedies regulations of EU

The European Union (EU) is one of Vietnam's key export markets, however most of EU's trade defence measures are applied to Vietnam. Therefore, any changes in this area's trade policy, law or practice have direct impacts on our export situation. Some recent moves show that the EU is likely to change its regulations and practices significantly regarding the application of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures on imported goods from abroad. The following are specific analyzes of this trend as well as notes for Vietnamese exporters.
