BEIJING, Sept. 8 (Xinhua) -- China's Ministry of Commerce on Thursday declared anti-dumping investigations into certain High-performance Stainless Steel Seamless Tubes from the European Union and Japan.
The ministry said in a statement on its website that it will investigate the dumping and the dumping margins by the involved companies and calculate the damage done to the domestic industry.
The investigations started on Thursday.
