Tith Rithipol, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Commerce, on Saturday led a Cambodian delegation to a key conference on the connectivity of production, distribution and logistics enterprises between Vietnam and Cambodia.

The event, held in Tan An City, Tay Ninh Province, was chaired by Phan Thi Thang, Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce of Vietnam. It brought together senior officials and business representatives from both countries to assess the progress of cross-border trade cooperation and chart joint goals for deeper, long-term economic collaboration.

Stakeholders from border provinces and enterprises engaged in production, distribution, logistics and import-export activities along the Cambodia–Vietnam frontier participated in the discussions.

Alongside the main sessions, the conference featured exhibition areas where companies showcased their products and services, enabling them to identify new markets and forge connections with potential suppliers and distribution partners.

According to the Ministry of Commerce, the gathering underscored both countries’ shared commitment to strengthening trade facilitation, improving logistics infrastructure and expanding opportunities for private-sector partnerships to support sustainable economic growth along the border.
