Circular 27/2025/TT-BCT amending and supplementing Circular No. 14/2021/TT-BCT relating to trade remedies under UKVFTA

On May 15th, 2025, The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates a Circular on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Circular No. 14/2021/TT-BCT dated October 29, 2021 of the Minister of Industry and Trade, on guiding the implementation of the Free Trade Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland regarding trade remedies.
On the same day, The Minister of Industry and Trade also issued Consolidated Document No. 06/VBHN-BCT, which incorporates the above Circular on guiding the implementation of the UKVFTA regarding trade remedies.
In case legal normative documents mentioned herein are amended, supplemented or replaced, these new law regulations shall apply.
