To make a careful, comprehensive negotiation plans in Trans-Pacific Partnership as well as in other agreements, the strengths and weaknesses analysis of all parties have impact on negotiation results. Up to now, the biggest economy, the United States’ participation has influenced to the TPP negotiation’s development, commitment scope and results. Thus, the information of U.S.’ objectives, ambitions and internal issue will determine the future of TPP.
