Reviews and Recommendations for VN on footwear AD case by the EU

The anti-dumping case against one of the largest export products, in one of Vietnam's important export markets, has come to an end, and leather footwear products of Vietnamese enterprises exporting to EU have escaped punitive taxes imposed during the past 5 years. Looking back on this case will bring valuable practical lessons for Vietnamese exporters in dealing with trade defence measures in the future, especially dealing with anti-dumping lawsuits implemented by the EU.
