Circular No. 10/2022/TT-BCT amending and supplementing Circulars on the implementation of the Rules of Origin under the ATIGA

On June 1, 2022, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien signed Circular No. 10/2022/TT-BCT amending and supplementing a number of Circulars regulating the implementation of the Rules of Origin of goods in the ASEAN trade in goods agreement.
The Circular clearly states that the C/O form D according to the provisions of Appendix II issued together with Circular 19/2020/TT-BCT (old form) will be issued by the end of October 31, 2022. Specifically, with C/O issued during the transition period from May 1, 2022 to the end of October 31, 2022, the customs authority accepts the old C/O form D and the new C/O form D. From November 1, 2022, the customs authority will only accept the new C/O form D.
Circular 10/2022/TT-BCT takes effect from July 16, 2022.
